Our Mission
The mission of Teams is to provide funds for our youth ages 5-18 to reach their full potential through education, mentorship and innovative intervention and give them the opportunity to have fun, participate and learn fundamental sports skills. Participants should learn sportsmanship, respect, teamwork, fair play and self-confidence while teaching them the importance of Community service. Community Service is one of the best ways to teach a child the value of empathy. Not only does volunteering show kids kindness, compassion and selflessness, but it can also teach them a variety of life skills as well.
TEAMS is focused on inspiring, educating, and guiding today's youth in an environment where others openly encourage and value their opinions and thoughts on different issues, shaping and developing our youth today will make our future society a better place.
Our Goals
Extra Curricular
we believe every child deserves the chance to play, grow, and shine—regardless of their family's financial situation. From youth leagues and dance teams to martial arts and cheerleading, we help cover the costs of registration fees, uniforms, equipment, and travel so kids can stay active and engaged. Participation in sports and recreational activities builds confidence, teaches teamwork, and provides a safe and positive outlet. We’re here to make sure no child has to sit on the sidelines because of cost.
Educational Expenses
we understand that a quality education goes beyond the classroom. That’s why we help families cover essential educational costs such as school supplies, books, tutoring, technology, and fees for academic programs or field trips. Our goal is to ensure every child has the tools they need to succeed and the opportunity to reach their full potential. When financial barriers are removed, students can focus on what matters most—learning, growing, and achieving their dreams.
Community Service
we believe giving back is just as important as receiving support. That’s why we incorporate community service into everything we do. Whether it’s helping neighbors in need, or participating in group service projects, our youth learn the value of compassion, responsibility, and teamwork. Through service, they gain real-world skills, build character, and experience the impact they can make in their own communities. We don’t just help kids—we empower them to help others.
About us
Together EveryKid Achieves More Success (T.E.A.M.S.) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children access the extracurricular and educational opportunities they deserve—regardless of financial barriers. We support youth by fundraising the costs of sports, arts, academics, and other enrichment programs that build confidence, connection, and character.
But we don’t stop at financial support. At T.E.A.M.S., we believe that success is not just about what you achieve—it's about how you give back. That’s why we incorporate community service into every part of our mission. Kids in our program not only receive help—they learn to help others, gaining responsibility, pride, and purpose along the way.
Founded on the belief that it truly takes a team to raise a child, T.E.A.M.S. brings together families, volunteers, local organizations, and donors to build a stronger, more supportive future for every child we reach.
